High water reduction and resistance enhancement: The level of the water reduction of VMAT SCC is about 35%, the flow of grout used with VMAT SCC with fluidity through Ma-cone taper is 14 ÷ 25 seconds. Grout can be self-leveling and filling the structure with complex shapes.
Bleeding reduction: Adding VMAT SCC effectively reduces the possibility of bleeding of fluid grout. With polymer based wet concrete, it enhances the segregation and bleeding resistance during the transportation process while maintaining the high slump.
Expansion: Using VMAT SCC can produce reasonable swelling at different stages of the hydration and curing of the cement to compensate for plasticizing shrinkage and shrinkage due to process of grout harden. Grout using VMAT SCC does not shrink at an earlier age than 28 days, which ensures the stability of the mortar. Reasonable retarding potential and maintain high flow of grout.
